Purpose and operator

SemDev Reporting is a private application operated by SemDev Digital Ltd to manage website performance reporting. These terms govern use of this application. They do not replace separately agreed website service contracts between SemDev and its clients.

Authorised internal use

Access is restricted to people expressly authorised by SemDev. There is no public sign-up or client portal. Public information pages do not grant access to the reporting workspace.

Authorised users must protect access credentials, use only website properties and data they have permission to access, keep client details accurate, and report suspected unauthorised access to SemDev. Do not bypass access controls or use the application to send unsolicited reports.

Reports and delivery

The application generates reports from self-hosted Umami analytics and Google Search Console data. Authorised users are responsible for reviewing reporting periods, property identifiers, recipients, and report content before distribution. Email delivery is currently restricted to SemDev’s configured test inbox.

Understanding the figures

Analytics depend on tracking configuration, provider availability, reporting delays, and the data each provider makes available. Search Console may omit some queries, and historical data may not cover the entire period since launch. Tracked phone, email, or messaging clicks do not prove that a conversation, lead, or sale occurred.

Reports are informational. They do not guarantee search rankings, enquiries, sales, or future results. SemDev may correct a report when source data or configuration changes.

Third-party services and availability

The application depends on hosting, database, analytics, Google, and email services. Their own terms apply to use of those services. Expired authorisation, outages, data limits, maintenance, or configuration changes may prevent a preview or delivery. Continuous availability and successful delivery of every scheduled report are not guaranteed.

Privacy and confidentiality

Handle client information and report data confidentially and share it only for authorised reporting purposes. The privacy policy explains the application’s data use, storage, service providers, and deletion arrangements.

Access changes and responsibility

SemDev may change the application, suspend reporting, or remove access when required for its internal operations or security. Applicable law and any separate agreement continue to govern the parties’ responsibilities. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
